We’re pleased to share that Engineers Without Borders UK is partnering with Reset Connect, the UK’s award-winning sustainability and green investment event organiser, to highlight the vital role engineers play in accelerating the transition to a net-zero and resilient future.
Taking place in Leeds (3–4 March 2026) and London (23–24 June 2026), Reset Connect brings together business leaders, policymakers, investors and innovators to turn sustainability ambitions into actionable solutions. The partnership provides a platform for engineers to engage in cross-sector collaboration, exploring how technical expertise, systems thinking and globally responsible design can unlock meaningful climate action.
John Kraus, CEO of Engineers Without Borders UK, shared:
“This partnership is an important opportunity to bring engineering insight into conversations that shape the UK’s climate and sustainability agenda. By connecting with leaders across sectors, we can ensure that practical, globally responsible engineering approaches help drive the long-term resilience communities need.”
As part of the programme, our trustee and Change Maker Milly Hennayake will host a panel discussion at Reset Connect North exploring Collaborative Flood Management for a Climate-Resilient Future.
Duncan Reid, Co-founder and CEO of Reset Connect, shared:
“Engineers are critical to solving the world’s most pressing sustainability challenges. Our collaboration with Engineers Without Borders UK brings that expertise into direct conversation with investors, policymakers and innovators, ensuring engineering insight shapes the pathways to a fairer, greener future.”
Both Reset Connect North and London are free to attend and provide valuable opportunities for engineers, students and innovators to connect with organisations actively shaping the UK’s sustainability transition.
