During this meeting, we will not only present our charitable achievements and financial reports but we will be closing the opportunity to vote on the amendments to our Memorandum and Articles of Association. We have proposed several updates to ensure that they continue to best serve the organisation now and in the future. As a member of Engineers Without Borders UK you have the unique ability to vote on these amendments and make your voice heard.

Before voting on the proposed amendments you are strongly encouraged to read through the drafted Memorandum and Articles of Association in addition to the Key Information Guide. To guide you through the process the major changes to the Memorandum and Articles of Association are outlined in the voting form.

When voting through the electronic form, please note you have the option to ‘accept all changes’, or if you would like to flag any issues with an amendment, you can identify which specific amendment by not selecting to ‘approve’. You should only tick approve if you agree with all the proposed amendments in that section. If you wish to access the current Articles of Association for comparison you can do so here.

All Engineers Without Borders UK members have the opportunity to vote on these amendments by proxy using the electronic form below in advance of the AGM. Your vote will be counted even if you do not attend the meeting.

Vote on the amendments

Following the AGM we would like to take the opportunity to hear your insights as part of our current strategy consultation, with a specific interest in learning what you believe being a member means and what kind of culture we are trying to encourage as we look to the pivotal years ahead.

We truly value the input of our members and hope to see you virtually on Wednesday 25 November 16:30-18:00 (GMT).
