Engineers Without Borders UK leads a movement inspiring, enabling and influencing the future of engineering to ensure a better world for everyone. Our work embeds social and environmental responsibility into engineering mindsets and knowhow and supports the development of better technologies, systems and infrastructure to achieve more equal access to transformative, globally responsible engineering around the world.

We have recently realigned our operations to deliver our strategy ‘Engineering Change’. Our team is now centred around the three core functions of ‘Engineering’, ‘Engagement’ and ‘Operations’. Our Engineering and Engagement functions work closely together to jointly progress our mission – leading a movement focused on globally responsible engineering, whilst our Operations functions are key to effective delivery of our impact and our long term sustainability.

We are now looking for a proactive and organised professional to join our team as Operations Manager to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our operations. This is a new role and an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in improving and managing operational performance.

As our Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is the delivery of a range of centralised support services across the organisation, including governance support, HR and financial administration.
