Governance review completed and we’ve got a new chair

We’ve got couple of exciting updates on our organisation.

Governance Review
Like all UK charities, we have a volunteer Board of Trustees who have overall legal responsibility for the Charity and help us to achieve amazing things. Following the launch of Engineering Change: Our Strategy 2016-21 last year, we undertook a review of our governance structure to make sure that it is best suited to deliver against our strategic objectives. We identified a few changes to be made and these have now been put into practice. The most obvious change is that we’ve reduced our Board to eight Trustees to reflect an organisation of our size. You can read more about our Governance Review in our Summary of Findings.

Introducing Jon Prichard, Our New Chair of the Board of Trustees
We’re delighted to announce that the Board of Trustees elected Jon Prichard as Chair in January, replacing Peter Hansford who stepped down from the Board after more than six years service.
