Bentley Systems
Bentley Systems supports the Engineering for People Design Challenge by providing staff time to volunteer as design reviewers, Grand Final judges, as well as sponsoring the challenge. Our partnership is one of many that Bentley Systems support globally including EWB Australia, EWB Ireland, and EWB USA.
At its core, Bentley Systems is a software development company that supports the professional needs of those responsible for creating and managing the world’s infrastructure. Around the world, engineers, architects, constructors and owner-operators are using Bentley’s software solutions to accelerate project delivery and improve asset performance for the infrastructure that sustains our economy and our environment.
Global responsibility in engineering
As a software development company Bentley Systems focus their attention on sustainable practice and global responsibility in two core areas, their operational impact and the impact that their products will have on the environment. Operationally, they are committed to operating in a way that will mitigate harm to the environment and contribute to global solutions to key environmental challenges. Bentley Systems is committed to providing software solutions that enable sustainable development and drive progress on global environmental challenges. This is exemplified by their Empowering Sustainable (Development) Goals initiative (ES(D)G). They celebrate this by amplifying and championing use cases from their customers which demonstrate commitments to sustainable development and global responsibility.
