    Internships with Practical Action

EWB-UK recruit regularly for UK-based volunteers to be placed with leading organisation Practical Action.

Internships are a great way to gain experience of working for an international development organisation, and can be an important stepping stone for a longer-term career in the sector. EWB-UK has built an important relationship with Practical Action, with previous volunteers working on mechanical energy and the hugely successful 'Small Is... Festival'.

    Energy Research Briefs

All EWB-UK Research Briefs require collaborative work between the partner organisation, student and supervisor to definitively scope out the technical research brief. The information provided here offers an insight into the issues identified for research and the possible avenues of investigation, it is therefore expected that further suggestions are discussed.
