Shelter Weekend Course
A weekend course on shelter construction both in development and emergency situations as well as sustainable building techniques.
- Eco-shelter (www.ecoshelter.org) will run a practical course about building Mini-dome structures - smaller versions of the ingenuous ecodome construction methods.
The Hands On! Training Courses are aimed at engineers wanting to gain an understanding of the practical considerations of work in the development and humanitarian sectors - perfect for any EWB-UK members.

This course aims to provide an introduction to shelter, from international planning through to project implementation and the associated practical technical skills.
With a mix of theory and hands-on workshops covering shelter in emergencies, the transition from relief to development, and reconstruction and mitigation, this course will educate and inspire.
