EWB-UK is a unique, student-led charity that improves the lives of people in developing countries by removing the barriers to poverty alleviation through engineering.

We need your support to help people lift themselves out of poverty and indignity, whilst demonstrating the inspirational power of engineering.

Our vision is a world where access to technology or infrastructure is not a barrier to poverty alleviation. Young people in the UK have the commitment to help, but alone they are not fully equipped to meet the challenge. We enable student, graduate and professional engineers to collaborate and make a sustainable difference.

Volunteer

Volunteer at an EWB-UK university society branch, through our Professional Network, for an EWB-UK National Team or on one of our street collections. We are a volunteer-led charity so your time and effort will play a key role in us achieving our mission.

Personal Donations

Financial support allows us to consolidate and expand our programmes. We have minimal administration costs with office space kindly provided by the Humanitarian Centre and staffing costs primarily funded by a DfID grant.
