The EWB-UK placements programme recruits skilled volunteers for work experience placements with partner organisations, aiming to contribute to the sustainable delivery of the organisation's goals.

A placement volunteer will typically be an undergraduate or recent graduate, equipped with the necessary technical knowledge, skills and understanding of real-life issues to make long lasting improvements. Depending on the needs of partner organisations, placements vary in duration from 10 weeks to 12 months. In the last year, EWB-UK has recruited 33 volunteers for 14 different partner organisations in 9 countries.
