Bringing Drinking Water to Hillside Communities

Located in the province of Imbabura in Ecuador, the area of Intag is a mountainous region with approximately 12000 residents living in 76 communities. Intag receives high rainfall in the winter months and there is an abundance of clean water flowing from springs and in the mains water system. However accessing this clean water presented a number of challenges.
