EWB-Bristol's AGM happens annually (surprise surprise!) and is when we review the last year and prepare for the next.
The most important bit is electing next year's committee, and is a chance for anyone to stand and help run EWB-Bristol.

Full listof positions is now available below.

Applying for positions

Please email tom.kendall@ewb-uk.org with your first and second choices of positions you would like to apply for. This is not final and you can stand for further positions during the AGM itself, however it does help us to prepare the voting process.

Provisional agenda

  1. Summary of Annual Review (including President's report and "The Future of EWB-Bristol")
  2. Elections (in the order shown on the role description list). Candidates will be asked to come to the front for each position and have the opportunity to speak for 30 seconds (who they are, what they plan to do and any previous involvement/reasons for interest). Candidates will then leave the room while everyone else votes. The result for each position will be announced before moving on to the next one. Members may stand for more than one position.
  3. Other items from Annual Review (including Acknowledgements)
  4. AOB
