 UPCOMING EWB-UK TRAINING EVENTS
 www.ewb-uk.org/programmes/training/upcomingcourses

 Clare Farm
 Dullingham, Nr Cambridge
 16th19th  October

Clare Farm is back again, and due to popular demand we've made it longer to allow us to fit even more into the packed programme! This course is a joint venture with the RedR Cambridge Group, it takes place at the home of Kim and Beth Waterhouse - two very generous supporters of EWB-UK who let us take over their garden, garage and home to enable us to run this fantastic course which covers elements of water supply, shelter construction and personal health amongst other skills useful in a development and disaster relief context.

EWB-UK National Conference
 Penistone, South Yorkshire , 24th- 26th  October

One of the highlights of the EWB-UK year, the National Conference is an inspiring event which brings all the teams together to participate in internal training, work on the strategy for the year ahead and for everyone to get to know each other! This year it is taking place in the beautiful Peak District and is a valuable opportunity for meeting fellow EWB-UK members and getting inspired and invigorated for the year ahead.  If you would like to attend, please contact Victoria Hickman at professional_network@ewb-uk.org to arrange your place.

Personal Risk Assessment Abroad
 Cambridge,  15th  November

This course is ideal for anyone considering working abroad.  It will use real-life case studies of difficulties encountered while working in developing countries and advice on how to deal with them effectively, keeping you safe in potentially dangerous situations.
