Come join us for a wet afternoon while learning the essentials of installing purified water systems in developing countries.

Learning outcomes of course:

- Find out why people need clean water, and the extent of the problem.

- Learn how we engineers can help to provide it.

- Gain an insight of a real water systems project in Latin America.

- Test your learning by designing your own water system.

- Get your hands wet (now its sunny!) and build a real one outside!

This training workshop is free of charge and will give you hands-on experience of skills applicable in a development/disaster relief scenario.

Venue: Meet outside Queen's Building. (The practical exercise will take place outdoors).
