Hi,

The Welsh Assembly Government have granted us yet another grant of thousands of pounds! With this we're going to hold more and more events in collaboration with RedR as well as hosting more IDC events.

Recently we hosted the Cardiff IDC 2009 which was a resounding success (www.cardiffidc.co.uk) and teamed up with EWB Swansea to run the RedR course "So you think you want to be an aid relief worker?"

Coming up we've got:

On the 28th of March we've got a Solar Workshop planned.

We're organising a "Scrapheap challenge" with Swansea EWB and we're in talks with RedR to host more events.

We're also making good inroads into the academic community at Cardiff Uni so you can take up EWB research for your dissertation project.

So yeah, things are all go at Cardiff EWB and you'd be fool not to get involved!
