EWB Glasgow took second place in a Dragons' Den event organised by Proctor and Gamble. The competition was open to all societies and sports clubs at Strathclyde University. Four students completed a ten minute presentation on why the branch should get money and were then thoroughly grilled by the Dragons for ten minutes. The prize money of £350 is to help build a wind turbine, which is the branch project this year. Congratulations to Heather, Sean and Kate, and special thanks to Jonny, who dressed up as a wind turbine for the occasion!
