Knowledge
This section of the website draws together some of the knowledge learnt within EWB-UK’s vast range of activities. Training course material and technical reports from our placements and research schemes are published in order to act as a learning resource for anyone currently carrying out projects in the field or from a laboratory in their own country. Project case studies also draw on some lessons learnt by EWB-UK on how to carry out a successful project and the more social aspects that are equally important when working with communities in development.
This knowledge has been divided into EWB-UK’s Communities of Practice and these represent the areas that EWB-UK is currently involved in. We are looking to engage with people with interests in these areas - to get involved and contribute to our communities, please contact us directly.
We also have a library of books that you can borrow and have posted to your door! If you think your branch could do with its own library then there is also information here on how EWB-UK can help you set up your own.
