The website is one of the main tools which helps bring together our community due to the dispersed nature of our organisation.

Connecting people

The members of area of the website enables the establishment of networks of people who share a passion in international development. It allows EWB-UK members to find people in their local area with similar interests who are willing to share some of their experience.

Members can find details of a number of ourprevious placements volunteers through the search feature and they are usually very willing to share their experiences and knowledge.

Web 2.0 community for development engineers

The site functions as an collaborative social network and information space, allowing volunteers a place to store information and collaborate on our programmes and management. As well as providing room for members to discuss contemporary engineering development issues.

For branch members there are all the tools needed to create an effective web presence and to publicise and manage their activities.
